The Packard Bell monitor was fine. But I didn't like much about it: - Cheap plastic base. As a result, the monitor shook every time I typed at the table. There is no anti-reflective coating. So every light in my office blocked my view of the monitor. The light spreads out at the lower edges. Each time the screen had a darker color, a white tone of light penetrated from below. Those were the biggest. I ended up returning this monitor to an HP VH240a. COMPLETELY worth the extra cost! The HP VH240a is great.
