Just what I need for ARC

I had an HDMI extender without ARC function but I have a new 75 inch Samsung NQ90A TV and wanted the ARC function of the TV with my AV receiver Denon 3400H use surround sound system. The setup looks like this: an HDMI 2.0 cable from the Denon AVR's output port (it's the white one marked for ARC) to the AV Access HDMI 2.0 ARC Extender (transmitter), then a Cat6 line (50ft). length) to the back of the TV where I have an AV Access HDMI 2.0 ARC Extender (receiver) to another HDMI 2.0 cable that connects to the TV's HDMI Arc port. You have enabled HDMI settings for ARC in the Denon). The TV remote can turn the AVR on/off with the TV and easily increase and decrease the volume in Dolby Surround with 4k image. . Good product!

Pros
  • There is something to it
Cons
  • That worries me
