Continuous air cooler. If you've installed the cooler before, it won't be that difficult. If not, then you can work a little. In terms of cooling, I'm using an i7 10700k overclocked to 5.0GHz and with no load my pack stays around 30-40 degrees Celsius. When Cinabench is fully loaded it jumps to around 85. And to be honest I'm right this is a nice budget motherboard. So overall I'm very happy with this cooler. Especially for the price! RGB lighting works as expected!
