I got the extra small and my waist is 28-29 inches. I’m 115-117 lbs at 5’0. The inseam is about 28 inches. Extremely warm, you can definitely size down from what the chart says. Or size up if you want something baggy or you want to layer up even more. I am surprised it was only 10 dollars.
