I needed to disconnect and remove the two rear wheels from a medium duty truck. They are badly rusted on the axle hub. By placing a hydraulic cylinder between the wheels, I could make them move and shoot. I've tried other hydraulic tools, hammers, etc. This was the easiest removal method I used. The sixfold and relatively short aspect ratio of the ram limits its use in certain applications, but in those situations it is ideal.
