Wait a while with that.

Mass Jym Gainer mixes easily, tastes really good (apple pancakes) and is pretty damn easy to take. As per other reviews I recommend adding a little more water than the label says as it is a bit thick. Either way, you can mix it with water or milk, you can't go wrong. I have tried many other weight gainers with the same results. Bladder bowels and going to the toilet each time shortly after drinking. Just not with that! Five stars so far, but I can't confirm the weight gain. yet, but I'll update after the glass is gone.
