I'm so happy to finally get this ROKU device. I've been using my Sony DVD player as my wifi router for the past 3 years with no problems. One day, a message popped up on my TV about the End User License Agreement that I had to accept if I wanted to continue watching TV. When I read the license agreement I decided Sony wanted too much control over the device I bought and paid for and I thought it was mine. They wanted to track and share what TV shows I watch and basically seemed to indicate that the device belonged to them rather than me. Needless to say, I refused to follow what they wanted and bought a box of ROKU. It also now has an end-user license agreement, but it doesn't feel as intrusive and controlling as Sony Corp would like. And some of those you don't want, you can reject. I am very glad I bought this, you can use it for free after purchasing the device. So if you're having setup issues, be sure to contact a real ROKU technical support specialist for help. There are other tech support representatives who tell you that there is a setup and program fee. "package" which has no such concept. as always. Attention buyers
