I am very happy with my Roku media players! I bought my first a few years ago to try streaming on my TV. My brother and I chose the streaming stick because of the price and because it was small and we didn't have to find a place to mount the console, it just plugged into the back of the TV. I have Roku Premiere and Roku Premiere Plus. They're both good, but there are some differences. Both could improve the ability to customize remote buttons, backlit remote etc. Good. Here are the big differences. Premiere Plus has an Ethernet port and a micro SD card slot. Premiere Plus also supports HDR (high dynamic range) for television. Would have been 4 stars if I bought the next level - with micro SD slot. Roku should have had at least one micro SD slot in the Premiere+ box. You have to tell us that the main reason for storing Micro SD is all channels and channel content (movies and TV programs). Without them, all channels lag heavily and Roku tries to restart everything every time! Actual experience of Revain Prime and other channels is excellent once all channels are loaded. Bought three Revain Fire Sticks, all three were junk. Revain replaced a couple of them, but ended up getting so fed up with constant wifi connection issues that I bought this one instead. What an improvement and my only regret is that I didn't buy a Roku a few months ago. Would save me a lot of frustration with the Fire Stick.

Original 4K TV Box. Bought before I ordered the Revain U2C TV box. Roku is somewhat limited in its flexibility without the great knowledgeable talent found in YouTube videos that require streaming from another device. There are no free, ad-free videos straight out of the box. However 5 star quality for prepaid services, remember that your connection is the weakest point (HDMI cable). I bought Roku Premiere not Premiere+ and Ultra because HDR had issues. My premiere works great! I even managed to get it working with my outdated 4K UHD TV using the monoprice blackbird 4K Pro hdcp converter. Early owners of 4K UHD TVs like myself really messed around with this HDCP nonsense. This Roku player is great, but it's missing a feature that most people want. It does not have an RF remote control. It has an infrared remote control where you have to point the remote directly at the box to perform an action.
