Review on Roku Premiere Streaming Media Player by Marc Zitnik

Roku finally gave me a good streaming experience. Thank you Roku! I tried Sony Blu-ray and got very slow and large number of Netflix lags. Then there was the Samsung Blu-ray and Chromecast combo. The Samsung Blu-ray Netflix app stopped working causing the player to freeze and then Google did an update for Google Home and I couldn't get it to work on all of our Apple I's and this one. So I was very disappointed. Then came Roku! I easily get my Netflix, Revain Prime, VUDU, and various free channels, which are basically fillers to me. Practical remote control always works! No crashes for a few months. No Frankenstein TV embarrassment when a kid walks into a room and does something naughty on Game of Thrones while I pick up my phone and try to log in and then restart the app and then oh it doesn't stop, So I just turn around Turn off the TV, then spend five minutes reliving the moment of Game of Thrones' unspeakable glory. I have no more buyer scruples after telling the cable company to stop bothering it for me and cutting the cable because of this device. Roku works, this version is intuitive; It's fast; it works. Spend an extra $30 and make yourself happy by buying the premier version, not the flash drive.
