I would give it 4 or 5 stars but the picture they use to display is a bit deceptive because the gaps between the strands are large are more noticeable when you set them up, unlike the pictures advertised. They are still beautiful and worth their price.

Non-metallic orange foil, as in the picture and even on the packaging label. It's a non-metallic plastic. It looks like a disposable plastic tablecloth, but I haven't opened the packaging. It is also a bright neon orange color like hunting clothes or traffic cones. I'm going back to another provider. I'm glad I have enough time for this, irritated by the hassle.

It used to look good but it tore so easily and so hard it was such a problem. I ended up buying a clear high strength packing tape and taped it on top to keep it from tearing. Next time I'd rather try a different product from a different brand and I've also never had a problem with our Walmart fringes that we've used before. We only chose it because of the color, but definitely won't order again. But the color was great.

I couldn't be happier with this! First, it takes up a lot of space in width and touches the floor when hanging from the ceiling. What struck me was that we were in the process of selling our house but I was trying to decorate a party for my little girls so I had them set up ahead of time. The sale of the house interrupted the party so they stayed 2 1/2 weeks. I was concerned it would damage my ceiling paint, but not a chip! They held up so well I got a friend for her party!

Advantages: colorful, bright and easy to assemble. Disadvantages: not very wide. As you can see from my photos they are not evenly spaced across my back circle but it all depends on what you are using it for. Another scam is paper, plastic, wood or whatever. I almost always keep party decorations. Sometimes I resell them or hang them up as decorations in my children's room. It couldn't be reused. It can be used once and then thrown away, which I think should be considered when spending money on
