These glasses perfectly relieve tension and eye fatigue. I've been using it every day at work for a few weeks now. I've been monitoring my sleep with several different apps and I'm seeing improvements. Blue Blocking works great for my computer as well as all those horrible neon lights in my office. I use them in combination with f.lux to dim the blue light I get every day. As an IT professional, I really appreciate the effect. The design of the glasses is as good as the branded Rx glasses I wore before LASIK. Now that I no longer wear glasses all the time, my eyes are less protected. (I used to have ruby coatings on my Rx lenses.) These glasses solved that problem and I convinced another colleague who also had LASIK to get her own glasses.
