Great picture hanging kit. Rated for 30 pounds.
Includes almost everything you need to attach a cable to hang your picture on the frame. It includes a screwdriver, but a cordless screwdriver is much easier. You will also need a good pair of pliers to crimp the wire and wire cutters to cut the wire to length. I was able to install a 25.5 lb mirror and a 15 lb photo frame in about 20 minutes.
