I have about 50 pounds in my backpack right now. I have to say that even with the straps stretched taut, the strain on the lower middle part of the back is painful. This is mainly due to the fact that the edge of the bottom of the pack cuts into the flesh of the fruit. The best design would be a flat area at the bottom of the pack with at least an inch of rounded edge so it's less uncomfortable. I will buy an external rigid frame to mount the backpack, like Alice's backpack. frame for example. I haven't decided on a frame yet. It would be ideal for Dewalt to thoroughly load test this package before releasing it to retail. At the very least, it would be possible to design an additional external frame for the different backpacks you buy. So far the space and pocket options are perfect for my job (construction of data centers etc.). A few D-rings in various places would be a good addition to add various items and attach to elevators etc.
