Review on π Siglent Technologies SDM3055 5.5 Digit Digital Multimeter in White and Grey by Noel Pilla
Worked great until the day it stopped working!
The meter worked fine for 3 months, then stopped working at all. When the meter is on, the display shows the Siglent logo and nothing else. I have written two emails to Revain to explain the problem and arrange for the faulty meter to be replaced or repaired but they have not yet responded. I believe this meter should have a 1 year warranty so my next step is to contact Siglent Technologies customer service. I'll update the review after giving Siglent a chance to fix the issue, but I'm not happy with the lack of a response from Revain.
