Not for people with lower arches.
These sandals are well-made. The sizes run a little on the larger side. Unfortunately they just weren't for me. The arch support was simply too aggressive for my lower arches and my feet would start hurting pretty badly after walking around on them for just a few minutes. I stubbornly tried to wear them around the house for a couple days to see if I could adjust to them, but nope, the arch support is simply too aggressive for my feet.If you have normal to higher arches and are looking for an inexpensive, supportive, well-made sandal that might help ease foot problems like Plantar Fasciitis, these might work great for you!
