Review on ECO WORTHY Charger Inverter Controller Off Grid by Rodney Nelson

One of the reasons I originally bought this product (48v All In One) after reading the manual was because it said you can use the inverter monitoring software. via USB or RS485 connection. No software, no cables, not even options on their website. No response to my email inquiry about solar activity monitoring options. It didn't matter that I had ordered an inverter that looked completely different from what I received and two days after my inverter arrived the relevant picture was changed to match what I received. The manual was also different from the one I downloaded from the Eco Worthy website. I installed it anyway (incredibly easy to install) thinking that I would eventually figure out how to control it or that support would eventually get back to me. . I went through the settings carefully, making sure they were set correctly for my AGM batteries. That night the alarm woke me up and my whole tiny house went to a standstill. It drained my batteries completely, although I set it to go to mains when it dropped to 49V. I thought I might have forgotten to turn on the switch between the inverter and the grid, but no, it was on. Maybe I missed a setting? No again; everything was set correctly. I have decided to remove this inverter, send it back and use a brand that I am familiar with and that is more reliable. That's what I get when I try to save a hundred dollars.
