This motherboard works with Core i3-9100F 3.6GHz/8GT/s/6MB out of the box, no BIOS ate required. But! On the BIOS version used out of the box (as far as I remember it was 1001), intel turbo boost did not work (when all the cores are not loaded, the frequency of the specified processor rises to 4.2 GHz), the processor worked at a maximum of 3.6 GHz, only reset the frequency when idle. After ating the BIOS to 1005 - the latest version on the Asus website - the intel turbo boost started working fine. It is important to note that ating the BIOS took me about 3-5 minutes (I didn’t measure it exactly), and if the electricity goes out during this process, then the motherboard, as far as I understand, may fail.
