Easy to clean and highly functional.
I used two of these to cook my Thanksgiving turkey and clean up was a breeze. This is the perfect height to separate the juice and I was able to easily pour out the juice to use in making the sauce. After cooking, simply wash with hot soapy water or throw in the dishwasher. Nothing stuck to it even after cooking a 20lb turkey on it for over two hours! Everyone should have one or more of these in their kitchen.
