Very good, but only for $10.

Not bad and not great, there are no instructions or anything to hide the ugly screws. The anchors supplied are of very poor quality and should be replaced with ones that will actually hold up to everyday use. Not the worst shower head holder I've ever used, for the price it's very good and surprisingly, along with bad wall plugs, it includes stainless steel screws which are essential in a bathroom.
