This product is exactly as pictured and described. The batteries were already installed when mine arrived. I like the plug on the tire nipple stem clamp - it attaches securely. The backlit display is very easy to read. I really like that you can measure air pressure in four different modes: PSI, BAR, KPA, KG/CM2 with a simple push of a button. The gauge display also clearly shows what mode you're in. It comes with a 1/4" NPT quick connector that needs to be attached to the air supply hose. Most importantly, I checked the accuracy of the pressure readings (in PSI mode) with two other air gauges, and each time they were "absolutely accurate" (I've checked at least twenty times). I highly recommend this product.
