Really Cheap / With Holes
The balloon had holes that I couldn't patch, so I couldn't inflate it. Banner letters are not assembled yet - you need to thread them yourself. I didn't know this and brought it to the party, but it took too long to assemble so I couldn't use it. It's not that bad, but the balloon was really disappointing. There was no way to fix it.
