Review on BioSkin Trilok Ankle Brace Hypo Allergenic by Sheppard Priest

I give this bandage 4 stars instead of 3 because of 2 factors. First of all I found that they have great customer service. Secondly, this brace was recommended to me by my doctor after ankle surgery as it offers the best stabilization. Why now only 4 stars. These are great braces BUT they are starting to fall apart too early given the increased price. This means that eventually the threads will fray and stretch, get caught in the velcro, etc. Also, the elastic parts will start to come out. Keep in mind that I had to wear this brace for a long period of time. Many may not need it but in my case if I knew of another brace with the same stabilization at a much lower price I would buy it because then I could probably buy 2 or 3 for the price of 1 if needed The brace works but still as desired. It's just the "look" when worn and the elastics stripped. In fact I still wear it with my jeans and have had it for about a year and 4 months now. Based on doctor's recommendation, actual longevity (NOT aesthetics), actual stability it offers, and great customer service, I'm giving it 4 stars. Losing a star due to aesthetics (important in summer when wearing clothes that don't cover it) and high cost.
