Description of BioSkin Trilok Ankle Brace Hypo Allergenic

lycra and Polyester. Imported. FOOT and ANKLE SUPPORT: Plantar Fasciitis, PTTD, Peroneal Tendonitis, ankle sprains and rolled ankles are caused by weakened or torn tendons. The Trilok is made from three main components that mimic your body’s natural tendons to secure your ankle and allow a safe range of motion. These straps encourage healthy arch posture, and prevent inversion and eversion. CALCULATED COMPRESSION: The micro-fleece lined compression sleeve is a comfortable way to reduce swelling in the foot and ankle after an injury. Compression also improves recovery time, increasing blood flow to bring nutrients to the site of the injury. PREMIUM COMFORT: The Trilok is made from soft Hypo-Allergenic materials that are breathable and low profile, rather than bulky, suffocating canvas braces. The Trilok allows for active mobility but restricts harmful movements making it perfect for sports and regaining mobility. FIT and SIZING: Measure around your arch at the thickest point and compare this measurement to the size chart shown in the second image. Then measure the circumference of your leg right above your ankle and make sure this measurement is below the maximum ankle circumference.

Expensive but doctor recommended. Excellent customer service.

I give this bandage 4 stars instead of 3 because of 2 factors. First of all I found that they have great customer service. Secondly, this brace was recommended to me by my doctor after ankle surgery as it offers the best stabilization. Why now only 4 stars. These are great braces BUT they are starting to fall apart too early given the increased price. This means that eventually the threads will fray and stretch, get caught in the velcro, etc. Also, the elastic parts will start to come out. Keep

Cause no pain!

After complex foot surgery that included triple ankle arthrodesis, I am having a painful 3 month recovery which will be longer than I had hoped. I spent hours reading ankle brace reviews and tried 3 different braces before hoping to find one that wouldn't break the bank. This is the only brace that doesn't increase the ankle pain, so while it's pricey for my budget, it's worth every penny. To be clear, it doesn't take away all the pain - pain is part of the healing process - but it does give me

Very effective PTSD splint

I have posterior tibial tendon (TTT) dysfunction. This orthosis adapts to each foot and can be adjusted to solve multiple problems. The video instructions are very clear. Although the bandage consists of a main "sock" and two straps, once you see how to attach the straps for your specific problem it will be very quick and easy. My tendon is still healing and sometimes I feel sooo good and sometimes I have a sudden burning sensation that tells me to stop what I'm doing. Sometimes all I have to…

This is my second

What's better than a TriLok ankle brace? Why two of course. When I was a student 50 years ago, I broke both my ankles playing basketball. I didn't learn anything with just one serious injury, I had to learn the hard way with two major sprains/breaks in each ankle. When I was drafted into Vietnam for military service, the doctor who examined me reviewed my records, ordered several x-rays, and declared me unfit for service. He told me that the US Army didn't want to pay me a disability for the…

No more pain, no more limp - thank God!

This is my very first Revain review and I've been a customer for over 10 years. I paid full price for this Trilok ankle brace and was not promised anything for my review. However, these braces have been such a lifesaver for me that I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is suffering and needs an honest review. I shattered my right ankle in 6 pieces and dislocated it completely in a bad fall 8 months ago. I'll spare you the fear and agony and just say I've had 3 ankle surgeries…
