I really wanted to love this product but I couldn't. He smells amazing. The packaging is fine, but it doesn't tell you how to "recycle please" the box. It's sometimes difficult to recycle plastic, so I had to see if it could be recycled in my area. The boxes are also quite small which means more packaging to get a good quantity. Basically, it just doesn't clean the way I wanted it to. When water is added, it turns white. It doesn't bother me, except that there are white spots everywhere. My glassware looks terrible when cleaned with this product, not to mention the dark color. As for the actual washing process, you have to use A LOT more than other soaps to achieve anything with a little grease, and unless you use hot water the pan won't get clean anyway. It just doesn't cut through grease properly, even mine gets greasy all the time and I have to deal with hot water and lots of soap. I also catch myself washing dishes etc again because it looks or feels dirty/greasy. This is very wasteful, making this product counterproductive.
