Okay, I like making potato salad or just making a hard boiled egg basket, so I can use the basket to boil hard boiled eggs while I cook the diced potatoes in the bottom of the pot. Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in the bottom of the pot and cover with water, put the eggs in the basket, put them on top of the potatoes and cook under pressure for five minutes. Unseal, release pressure, set pot to roast and cook potatoes while I cool and peel the eggs. Then I cut the eggs in half and take out the yolks to mix with mayonnaise, celery, salt and white pepper. Dice the squirrels by placing them in the egg slicer in two directions. Cool potatoes and dice red onion, koshare pickles and diced celery, then assemble.
