Smells amazing and my hair feels amazing. But can someone please tell me how to open the roof? I spent at least 10 minutes wrestling with it in the shower before slapping it in the tub a few times out of frustration. The thing eventually popped out, but what a headache. And what's funny, the product was leaking from the top and wasn't quite twisted. Good product but they need to fix the bottle. UPDATE: I've been using it for a while and quickly noticed that I felt like I was losing more hair than usual. So I went back to my old shampoo/conditioner for a week or two and my hair looked great. Back to not your mothers again. And hair covered the shower floor. I wanted to like it for its smell and sparkling cleanliness, but I think the chemicals in it are too harsh on my hair.
