Nothing annoys me more than when I buy a product with a pump and the pump doesn't work. The shampoo and conditioner are very thick and difficult to distribute in the hair. The smell is pleasant, but the scent doesn't last very long. Even after washing, the hair was very dry and damaged. I've only been using it for a little over a week. I probably just use that thing to shave my legs or something. I definitely DO NOT recommend this product. Not worth the money.

I bought this variety at the same time as Tea Tree. All bottles are difficult to start the pump. I am not sure I will buy tea tree again but I will probably buy this one. This is a great clarifying shampoo. Cleans hair well. Make sure when shampooing that you only apply the product to the scalp and very little to the ends as you would with other shampoos. Smells amazing and my hair feels amazing. But can someone please tell me how to open the roof? I used the mask first before trying the shampoo and conditioner and the mask was great so I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner and it did not disappoint. I have 3b/3c curls and they were dry and needed nourishment and it was amazing. Also for me a very pleasant smell, not strong. I have a feeling this will be something I can use no matter the time of year. It's not too heavy for the summer, but provides good nutrients for the winter.

The shampoo pump is broken. But it's normal. The smell is good. But it leaves a very sticky residue on my hair. And yes, I rinse my hair thoroughly.
