I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for a few years now and it works really well on my hair that I don't want to switch to. I have medium thick hair that is slightly wavy and straight and gets greasy easily, but this helps keep my hair less greasy. I use it once a day. In general, with all the shampoos I've used, my scalp starts to itch if I don't wash my hair every day. Which maybe just my scalp, not the shampoos. Even though it's charcoal, it won't burn your hair; he leaves him fed up. Also, the price was what I would pay in a store, so I'm glad I found it for the same price.
