These Knipex are the best needle nose pliers you can get. When handled and used they appear to be quite substantial. The articulation of the instrument is very smooth. The "needle" is perfectly symmetrical and split down the middle, unlike the $12 set I inspected from a very large supplier of legal knockoffs and junk tools (um, HF). You get what you pay for. And they "look" like a $30 hand tool. They are replacing a $25 Craftsman Professional needle tip I bought about 8 years ago that broke clean at the top. Sometimes in the trash you don't get what you pay for. Goodbye master. These Knipex are very similar to the old forged US hand tools (I have some from the 1950's and they are still serviceable). I expect these will be the only needle nose pliers I will ever need to buy in my life.
