Brackets are bent and misaligned

The mounting arms were not precise so it was difficult to align the bracket. Our TV only weighs 57 pounds, but one of the arms flexed as soon as we picked it up. DO NOT BUY!

This works really well. My only issue is the strings snapped very easily. Stuck on the walk now.
