I bought a set of polishing paste to remove a very noticeable scratch on the sapphire crystal of my watch. The scratch was in the blister (lens) and is clearly visible without magnification. After watching a few videos on this, I tested the mix (1.0 and 0.5 only) on softer glass - no damage. So I went to my watch. Tape off areas not to be affected, apply small drops of compound (1.0) to the vial and, using a lens cleaning tissue (no tools required), begin checking the result every few minutes. It took me maybe 5 rounds and about 10 minutes to remove most of the marks. I then switched to 0.5 Compound to remove any remaining micro-scratches. Finally I finished with an extra polishing step using the Cap Cod cloth. The scratch has completely disappeared along with all micro-scratches. Very happy with the result. Others criticized the quality of the pasta - it suited me.
