Review on 🚰 Clearsource Premium RV Water Filter System with Pristine Water Flow and Built-in Stand by Sheppard Priest

Before purchasing this system I had to bleach our van's water system every few weeks to get rid of a strong sulfur odor which I believe was the result of the iron in the well water reacting with the magnesium anode it contained in ours Water heater (I don't recommend bleaching because it can be dangerous, but it was the only method that worked and I was very upset with that water smell that wouldn't go away). We have been working full time for several years and this problem just started at our last location where we use well water. I emailed Clearsource to explain my water issues and they responded within minutes and gave me two recommendations to choose from. They suggested adjusting my order to place an iron/anti-rust filter on the inlet side and a coconut shell carbon filter on the outlet side (another option was a 3-chamber system, which was larger than I wanted). I've been waiting to write a review to see how well it would work and it has now been 6 weeks without having to reprocess our system and the sulfur smell is gone. Also, we use a Berkey system to filter our drinking water, and before we added this Clearsource water filtration system, we had to start buying bottled water because even Berkey couldn't filter the water enough to taste good enough to drink. Now we have stopped buying bottled water and are using the Berkey system in the kitchen for drinking water and the Clearsourse water system where the water goes to the RV and the water tastes better than ever! Great product and great customer service! I think filter replacement is recommended quarterly with regular use, and I already have spare filters on hand when I need them. I had to order replacement filters from the Clearsource website because I could only find two packages on Revain that did not include an iron/rust filter. I'm so glad I found this system because we were seriously considering moving somewhere else because the water smelled awful. And the customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced.
