It’s so natural, I put it on and it shaped my body so well. When I told my friends I was wearing one they were shocked because of how natural it looks.I read some people complaining about the pads moving but I usually wear another Spanx on top of this to keep everything in place and to also make the outlines of the pads/garment unnoticeable because if you wear it alone it tends to be noticeable in certain dresses.Overall I’d say the comfort level on this is about a 3/5 it’s not too comfortable but it isn’t unbearable- honestly there’s no undergarments (for shaping) that I’ve found that are 100% comfortable especially if you want that "sucked in” and "snatched” look you’re gonna be uncomfortable- beauty is pain lolI’ll probably never wear a dress without this anymore because of how much I love it 🥰For references I’m 5’7 170lb (36- 31-42) and I got an XL
