I've waited a year to review this product and am happy to report that it works as advertised in a coastal environment. Light rust has formed on the adjustable stand where water and salt splashes accumulate. Repainted with cold galvanizing to see if it could be stopped. The frame of the solar panel is in excellent shape, which I wasn't expecting as aluminum corrodes quickly in this environment. They brought it indoors during a hurricane so I can't say how it will perform in high winds. It has withstood about 40 knots during a terrible storm. It fully charges a 12V Group 27 marine battery. The LED function conveniently indicates if the device is properly connected and working.
