Bait and replacement? Best Phone Accessories

I have ordered 2 of the ones shown in the picture - 1600mah, NIMH type, BT-905 batteries. I have another manufacturer, 600 mAh capacity and other nickel-cadmium batteries. These are lower capacity batteries, and NiCad batteries require less charging than NIMH batteries. I thought the bait and switch scam was illegal? I have a 1200mah NIMH in a mid 2017 cordless phone and it still works. Those 600mAh batteries should be good.
