Great Sunglasses with a Silicone Problem

I bought a pair of these glasses and traveled with them. They offer great sun protection and are durable. Only thing is that the silicone on the ear pieces wears out and a sharp piece of plastic sticks out and scratched the side of my head when I put them on. I emailed the seller to see if I could get new ear pieces. No response. I ended up buying a second pair and the same thing happened in less than a year. I love the glasses but they just don't hold up. So I am looking for similar glasses that do not have the silicone.

Seems decent. Kinda cheap but what do you expect for the price. The lenses are grey with a red coating, so looking threw them it just looks like normal sunglasses. Apparently if you want a colored lens, you have to search for tint, "red tint" for example.
