It is very easy to use, it gives excellent reports that are helpful for any fire department or agency in need of such services! The price tag makes me concerned about how long they will continue supporting this product but I do not have concerns at all with their products as far an support goes!! So if you're looking into using Fire Rescure Planning software then definitely check out firescheduler first.

You can find almost anything regarding your organization's needs within Fires' system so there really isn't much else we could ask them improve upon. ! We schedule our firefighters efficiently without wasting time searching through paper files when trying to determine available shifts/days off etc...it has saved us many hours each month by only having limited access during non work days due to being outside city limits!! Great program overall - would highly recommend over other programs offered today because its user friendly & affordable compared to others!
