Background: I bought a very expensive yoga mat and wanted to take good care of it Pros: - I'm not a scent person at all (I usually try to buy unscented things) but after reading all the reviews decided to try the lavender scent to try. It was worth it! The scent is definitely not overpowering at all and especially when you wipe it on a carpet the scent fades and softens. It's such a big surprise when you walk back to the mat at your next yoga class and find that it gives off a faint scent of lavender. Very relaxing! - Restores the texture of your carpet. My yoga mat is brand new so it's quite slippery as it hasn't been used much. Somehow after using this spray the mat got tougher but not sticky at all. I don't know how but this is the best I could have hoped for from this spray and it lived up to expectations. Cons: - Not much.
