I am an avid outdoors enthusiast, so I was excited to browse the product selection at the SAMSFX online store. The store promises to have a broad variety of gear for activities such as fly fishing, hunting, and camping, so I was looking forward to seeing what they had to offer. My interactions with the business, which should have been pleasant, have instead been nothing but disheartening. To begin, the website is disorganized, which makes it difficult to navigate. When I did eventually get my order, I discovered that the products were of an unacceptable standard. The equipment used for fly fishing was flimsy and poorly constructed, and the hunting equipment was obviously manufactured on the cheap. I was particularly let down by the camping equipment, which was advertised as being of high-quality but turned out to be nothing more than equipment that is standard and can be purchased at any discount store. I had expected better. To make matters even worse, customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. It took me several attempts to get a response from them about my concerns, and when I finally did, I was met with responses that were dismissive and not helpful.
