Review on Oreck Commercial U2000RB2L 1 LEED Compliant Upright Vacuum Cleaner by Ryan Judy

This Oreck is as good if not better than the Oreck I bought about a dozen years ago. This thing worked like a charm and did a great job until the hull snapped at a corner from being banged against too many things too many times. I bought this model because it is very similar to what I had, commercial quality, and because I found it at such a low price! When I received it, I tried it immediately. My wife's "gold standard" for judging this oreck is Kenmore's old "dead pig on a string" canister model, which she loves. The beater attachment for this does a pretty impressive job of lifting and updating the pile of our carpet. I'm happy to report that this new Oreck does the job just as well or even better. My wife commented that it handled our heaviest pile rug well and yesterday she said she thought this Oreck was lighter than the previous one. previous. She used this new Oreck as a work machine. Now she only uses the old canister vacuum cleaner when she needs to vacuum furniture etc. I look forward to using this commercial Oreck for many years as I did with the first Oreck and maybe longer. I like everything about it. It would be nice to shed some light on this model, but I knew it wasn't, so it's ok.
