Overall it's good but I expect more, there are some downsides.
The taste is disgusting, not like a cookie, more like caramel or nougat. It stirs very poorly, lumps stick even to the whisk, plus small pieces of cookies that are just not needed. It was better with a banana, but the taste of the apomatizer is chemical.
