Gives 5 stars though. Pros: absolutely almost everything in this headset. sound quality. User friendliness. 99.9% uptime. 90% battery life. When it works, it really works. Cons: Battery life shorter than expected. Sometimes I sit in the headset almost non-stop in the morning and don't have enough battery power for the whole day. Luckily, it only takes about an hour to charge before I have enough juice for the rest of the day. It's just that some days you don't have that hour and have to use other options while charging. Connectivity is another downside. Periodically without rhyme or reason. Some days are better than others. With 30% of wrong connections, a low battery seems to be a possible problem. Also, an incoming call will rarely interrupt your channel from another possible source. But it really is an amazing headset.
