Review on 🐶 Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach: High Protein Adult Dry & Wet Dog Food (Variety Packaging) by Maren Bradstock

I don't normally write many reviews but I've decided to make an exception for this product. When I explain why I am so happy with this product, I think anyone who loves their dog will understand me. Now I have three dogs at home. Two of these belong to me and my husband and the third belongs to an adopted 14-15 year old named Frankie. We have had Frankie for over two years now. At the moment we are convinced that he will stay with us. Frankie's story is sad. He was found on the side of a busy road, bloodied and bruised. I went to where he was cared for to adopt another dog and when I saw Frankie I had to take him too. The other dog was taken away a week later and Frankie has lived here ever since. Frankie is a Pekingese. I'm convinced someone must have spilled something on his back. He is completely bald on his back and neck. Unfortunately, he has the worst skin I've ever seen on a dog. In the last two years we have visited two different vet clinics. We have tried many therapies (both holistic and prescription). We tried different oils, creams and shampoos. This poor guy was taking a bath three times a week because of the blood and scales that were constantly forming on his body. I was almost ready to just give up and admit that nothing could be done for this poor dog. I could only try to make it as comfortable as possible for him. Now for the happy ending. I accidentally found this Pro Plan Focus on Revain. I wasn't sure if this would work, but I decided to give it a try. Frankie has been using this new food for about a month now and the results are amazing. Now we only take Frankie's bath once a week and his skin looks amazing! I know he will never grow hair on his back or neck (I make him wear a shirt all the time to protect his skin) but I am amazed that there is no more flaking or bleeding. He even started acting like a dog for the first time since he came into our house. He really runs and plays. Because while he's in our house, his activity level flashes. Thank you Purina Pro Plan Focus for this amazing miracle product. Our other dogs always ate Purina Pro Plan. I want the Focus to be available in our stores. I just need to keep getting it through Revain.
