There are several shortcomings, but, it corresponds to the norm.

I intended to use this headset for webinars, but it is abundantly clear that it is not suited for use in this context! ((

In conclusion, this headset caters to a very specific niche market, but it is not up to the task of meeting the demands of that market as a high-quality product. This is the second time that Sennheiser has let me down, and I'm quite dissatisfied.

Cons

Voiced consonants cause the microphone to produce a loud hum and whistle, which results in speech that is highly harsh and not very pleasant for the listener to experience. It would appear that headphones are designed to accentuate voice and are not suited for use when listening to music.
