MAKES THE FAN ROOM LOUD

4 speeds HI MED MED MED as there is no noticeable difference between MED, MED-LO and LO settings. The fan runs at medium speed on 3 out of 4 settings so it was really just a 2 position HI and MED switch. Their silent fan also hums very loudly, making it impossible to use in a quiet environment. I had to throw the switch away because it can't be returned after you broke off the mounting tabs on the side of the controller to put it in a multi-switch box. Very disappointed, would give ZERO stars but 1 is the lowest score.
