I just replaced my old TruMedic with an identical version. I bought the first one with a CostCo promotion. With daily use, the tissue on the massage balls tears. I sewed them and kept using them! I bought one for my mother and one for my daughter-in-law. We all agree this magic massager is PERFECT for headaches, neck pain, stiff shoulders, back pain and even KNEE pain! I just wrap the device where it hurts or is stiff. Does the device appear to have at least 2-3 twenty minute cycles in a row? It turns off after 20 minutes, but you just turn on the power and run another 20 minute cycle. So I pass it back and forth to my husband until we have to plug it back in. I had a frozen shoulder and now knee osteoarthritis - TruMedic keeps pain, stiffness and discomfort to a MINIMUM without even taking pain pills. . Would thoroughly recommend - especially with the massage + heat setting.
