I randomly picked this monitor mount and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed. I installed two 32" Samsung 4k monitors on this mount last night and everything was stable, solid and easy to position where I wanted. I only gave this item 4 stars because the instructions are small, difficult to decipher, and not very detailed. The monitor arm got 5 stars, but the assembly instructions could be improved, especially for beginners. Hands can easily handle two heavy 32 inch monitors! A few tips for newbies like me. 1. If you don't have a strong helper, first tighten the top screws on the back of the monitor. By following the instructions, you can temporarily hang the monitor on the bracket while you attach the rest of the hardware to the mounting plate.2. Consider connecting the video cable and power cord to the monitor BEFORE attaching it to the mounting bracket. It is possible to connect the cables later, but this becomes much more difficult if the range of motion is later restricted by the mounts.3. If you are installing a monitor with a stand or legs, be careful when removing the old monitor stand or legs or you may damage the monitor bezel. Some snap open, some screw open, some have a combination of both.4. The instructions are mostly graphical and have no written information. Be very sure of what you need to do before proceeding with each step. Adjusting the arms with the monitors installed can be a little tricky. Don't force anything. The mounting bracket adjustment screws work in reverse. Loosening the bolts on the arms will increase tension rather than decrease it. It's a bit counterintuitive, but it works well.
