Good for some for my opinion

Vibrations transfer into wall studs and makes a lot of noise. I think this is better for a concrete wall. I ended up getting a heavy duty spring instead.Otherwise it is built solid.Would be nice if holes matched studs. Kind of a pain to install because you need to mount a 2x4 first and then mount to the 2x4
