Pro:1. Easy to install, it is very simple and takes less than 10 minutes to install.2. low profile compared to glass ceiling lights.3. Very bright Cons: No motion sensor function. If you don't need this feature, this is the modern LED downlight for you. I don't know how long it will take yet as I just installed it recently. I will provide an update overview later.
