Review on Inbox Insight by Mark Greenwood

The platform is easy for me as an admin user who used it daily in my capacity of VP Demand Generation/Email Product Manager role within our business unit. With this tool we can monitor every action performed by users which was helpful when reviewing performance reports during monthly reviews meetings etc! Nothing I disliked about inbox insight so far but some suggestions are made from time to time regarding improvements needed - hence they get implemented soon after making them available through feedback portal.-Easy accessibility via web browser (browser access not required) would be great feature request if possible!! Great way monitoring activity around email campaigns / emails sent out internally & externally using marketing automation tools such has Marketo,-Able track activities done before hitting send button e g clicks into links clicked while reading messages.-Ability to link custom fields created earlier like contacts details to make use of all data stored there even though its been deleted manually without any issues reported yet:- Ability to have multiple contact records linked together.
